hi guys I have an interview tom and I just want to know what is the difference between coaching and training just in case they ask me that.

Training is teaching. Teaching the new hires how to do things, and updating what the call reps know for their jobs.

Coaching is on the job teaching. How they could have handled this, what procedure is, refreshing while working. What they did well, and what needs improvement.
